​By purchasing a rabbit from me you agree to abide by the below sales policy;

If you are no longer able to care for your bunny, I would gladly accept the bunny and find it a new home, however I cannot provide a refund for the original price paid.

Pricing: The prices set ensure that my rabbits receive the best food, hay, housing and any medical treatment needed so I can continue to produce quality, healthy babies.  Included in the price of your new baby is food and hay so your new baby will have an easy transition to your household.  A 50% non-refundable deposite is required to hold any bunny and payment must be paid in full at pickup.  Secured payment methods are prefered: Cash, Cashiers Check or Money order.  Personal Checks will be accepted but must clear before the bunny can be picked up.  " No Money, No Bunny!"

Health:  Rabbits are fragile animals, problems can arise at any time for many reasons. Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of sale, I guarantee that the rabbit is healthy to the best of my knowledge.  However, I cannot guarantee that the rabbit will not pick up an illness, ailment or injury during its lifetime. I will not be held responsible for any veterinary/medical expenses.

Quality:  Show bunnies come with a pedigree compleated to the best of my knowledge.  I evaluate the babies to the best of my availability for show prospects versus pets.  If looking for a show bunny please notify me so we can work together to find a suitable bunny.  I strongly encourage buyers to evaluate rabbits at the time of pick-up to ensure that there are no disqualifications that I may have missed in my evaluation. Once the buyer accepts the rabbit into their possession, whether they have looked over the rabbit themselves or not, the sale is considered final. I will not be held responsible for any disqualifications that appear after the time of sale.

Breeding: Pet quality animals are sold without a pedigree and due to their "pet quality" should not be bred.  Because of this pet quality animals will not be sold in opposite sex pairs.  There are already many rabbits out there looking for homes and I do not condone mass breedings out there.  I breed to produce show quality offspring but sometimes the genetics do not work in my favor and these pet quality animals are to be placed in pet homes only where they will get the love and affection they deserve.  Breeding also changes your cute lovey pets behavior making them an often unfriendly brood animal with a less desirable disposition.  Please think twice and do the research.
